Attention all volunteers! Cantina will be working with Simon on the Streets again for second Feed the Streets Charity Cook-Up event. Again, this will be an opportunity for volunteers to get involved in a project that aims to give back to the wider community of Leeds.

Introducing, Dub-a Grub Dub - Positive Plant Based Riddims

Good grub always tastes even better with great music. That’s just a fact of life. 

So, embracing this universal knowledge, one of our own Chefs and dedicated member of Leeds sound-system culture, Jim Two-Eyes, stirred up his own concept - DubaGrubDub.


Mixing up the innovative and soulful plant-based cooking of Cantina, with the uplifting Dub and Dancehall riddims of Two-Eyes Sound.

ORBS 2nd birthday presents Cantina Live: More Than Soul and Live in the Hive.

This year TORBS turns 2 years old! For our second birthday event we are happy to have More Than Soul and Live In The Hive curating the line up for our Cantina, bringing some of Leeds’ finest live acoustic acts to the homely setting of our vegan canteen. Relax, grab a beer and a vegan snack and enjoy the best acoustic artists in town!

5 Minutes with Otik

Otik’s sound is a patchwork of UK music. He first came onto our radar years ago, making heavy low end bangers in the style of his hometown of Bristol and later as the first release on Leeds favourites Brotherhood Sound System's label.

Today his output has veered more into the Dubstep and Breaks influenced style of techno pioneered by Hemlock, Timedance and Livity Sound, showcased on his regular slots on London’s Radar Radio and NTS.

Residencies 2018 - License To Jungle

We’re pleased to introduce this terms License To Jungle residency!

The UK's only weekly free DnB & Jungle night and the team responsible for bringing Randall, Loxy, Storm & Serum into the bar for free night have curated some healthy lineups over the next 3 months, kicking off with 31 Recordings and DnB heavyweight chief Doc Scott on the 16th February before welcoming in Manchester based Response to the venue on the , a prolific producer whose releases have appeared on Metalheadz, V Recordings & Function.

Leeds Restaurant Week at Cantina

We all know how good Leeds is for grub, don’t we? The city has everything a foodie could wish for – cuisines inspired by every corner of the globe, and eateries of all shapes and sizes. There’s an abundance of places to sit down and tucker, from posh-nosh fine dining restaurants to quaint little indies like ourselves. The past year has also seen more and more herbivore friendly joints pop-up across town, which is another reason to celebrate our very own food scene. This is all where Leeds Restaurant Week comes into play.
