Spring into Spring with our brand new menu!

Good Vibrations vegan food leeds

The days are getting longer, the grass is getting greener and there’s even the occasional sight of that weird fiery sky-ball we call the sun. That’s right, Spring is (at last) upon us!

To welcome in the new season, we’ve gone all out and curated a brand new menu of fresh, light, bright and breezy culinary treats to tickle the tastebuds and bring us towards those Summer months.

Over the past 12 months we’ve strived to combine classic diner-inspired grub with a broad array of world flavours, and this menu is no different!

Enter The Dragon sees our favourite ingredient seitan doused in sweet and spicy Szechuan sauce and mixed with a healthy dose of peppers and spring onions for a full-on Oriental flavour, while stacked burger Good Vibrations plays tribute to the beach lifestyle courtesy of grilled seitan, dairy-free cheese, red onion and pineapple. Keeping with the international vibe, we’ve gone all Greek with Stelios Kontos, a pita filled with gyros style tempeh, cucumber, mint, homemade tsaziki and salad.

Just Like Heavenvegan food leeds

If you fancy something a little lighter, the all-new Just Like Heaven is truly divine! Marinated grilled aubergine steaks, zesty mayo, red onion and mixed salad will have you on Cloud 9.

Still hungry? Well we’ve given our land-locked city a taste of the sea with two brand new (faux) fish dishes! Fugazi, a 100% vegan salmon and cream-cheese bagel, and Jackfish Tacos; ‘tuna’ chunks, avocado, thousand island dressing and salad in crisp taco shells. Not only that, but we’ve also introduced the unique Heart of Palm Calamari to our snack menu!

Speaking of snacks, there’s some awesome new bar bites too, including Loaded Nachos, seriously spicy Thai Butternut Squash Soup and the ridiculously indulgent Deep Fried Oreo Skewers!

And don’t worry if you’re missing the old menu… We’ve clung onto a few favourites we just couldn’t bear to say goodbye to!

Nachosvegan food leeds

Not a bad way to welcome in the warmer months then, and with a wide range of money saving discounts (on food AND booze!) available throughout the week, as well as longer weekend opening times, we don’t even know where to begin!

We’re off to eat our way through this lot now, so the only thing left to do is leave a link to the menu, and see you in The Old Red Bus Station bar for a pint, some sub-par banter and most importantly some proper vegan grub!
