The License To Jungle family celebrate 3 years of proper jungle in the city.

Having welcomed an endless plethora of debuts to the city over the past 3 years and with a take on jungle that is uniquely their own, License To Jungle have proven time and time again that you don’t just need the big names to provide a quality event.

That aside however, they’ve just unveiled their fantastic lineup for their third birthday in conjunction with London and indeed the countries premier Jungle event ‘Rupture’ and it’s fair to say that if you’ve got a decent knowledge of the underground sound of DnB and Jungle then this should be right up your street.

Topping the bill is Drum & Bass royalty Dominic Angas aka Dom & Roland, one of the original leaders in DnB whose contributions to labels including MetalheadzRenegade Hardware, his own Dom & Roland productions and of course Moving Shadow have gone on to become some of the scenes most revered records.

Joining him is a welcome return up north for one of Jungle’s stalwarts - J Majik, who as both an individual producer and in collaboration as J Majik & Wickaman has been responsible for some of the scenes most respected tracks over the years.

Having been on something of a sabbatical for over a decade his return in 2017 saw releases on Viper Recordings and his own Infrared but it is his upcoming 2019 output that is set to be something truly special.

Rupture founders Mantra & Double 0 will also be joining in on the action, both having had a spectacular year since they last joined the License To Jungle gang, with mixes for Resident Advisor, Fabric and the creation of Mantra’s new night ‘Spirit Level‘ already looking ready to blow up in 2019.

Finally, after tearing the roof off of the bar during his last performance for them, Manchester based producer Response rounds out the headliners for the Third birthday.

Not content with just the main room, Room 2 will see a head to head as West Yorkshire Jungle Collectives residents go up against the License To Jungle team for a mammoth b2b all night long.
