Refunds & returns - You may cancel an order within fourteen working days
beginning on the day after you have received your item by giving notice
to The Old Red Bus Station. In the event of returning the item, you will
be responsible for the cost of return postage & packaging.
In the unlikely event of the item being damaged or otherwise
unsatisfactory, items will be refunded in full.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same
condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original
packaging. Your item needs to have your proof of purchase e-mail.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit
card (or original method of payment).
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, unless otherwise stated on our
site. Your order will be dispatched within 2 working days of us
receiving cleared payment for your order.
